Glitter Frame Tutorial


To make a glitter border choose your photo and make two further copies. You need three in all. Put a border around each - whatever size you want and then colour it with whatever colour you would like to surround your photo. (instructions below) If you would like to try with my photo shown here then please do - right click and 'Save target as'.


     Open you photo in PSP and make a border of around 10 pixels - I have used 8 here. Go to the menu above and click on 'image', add borders, and insert the number of pixels you want - make sure that 'symmetric' is checked.

Click o.k. and your border will be added. The colour of in the lower colour panel is always added.:
