Now you have your bordered photo you need to make two more copies so click on the upper case arrow on your keyboard and also press the letter D - this makes an extra copy. Repeat so that you have three photos showing in PSP.
Select the border on photo one with your PSP magic wand and then go to: Effects/Noise/Add and choose 'random' at 40 per cent
Deselect and save
Select the border on your second photo and follow the above procedure but add noise at random 50
Deselect and save
Make the third border in the same way but this time add noise, random at 60
Deselect and save
Your photos should now look like this:
