There is a wonderful little free tool available on the Internet which generates the code for coloured scrollbars. It is called
Scrollbar Skinner. I find that the links do not connect any longer but I have made my copy available here for you. If anyone
does know where this website is now please email me (email below) so that I can link to their website. Thank you. When you have made
your web page without the scollbar then open it up and also the scrollbar program. It will sit on top of your webpage and if it
doesn't just toggle it to sit on top. (click on the open scrollbar picture) Then follow these directions below. 
You will see a list of items and each has a small box to the side (see arrow) click on this and a colour chart opens up.
Choose a colour you would like to use. The first line is for the little arrow on the scrollbar and in this picture it is
white. What you click will show up on the small picture of a scrollbar in the picture to the left of the list. This way
you are able to check what your scrollbar looks like and if you have it open on top of your webpage you can match it or
contrast it to suit your requirements. When you are satisfied simply copy the code show in the right hand window into the head of
your webpage.
